Listing Clients
Administrator and Project Managers can manage clients. To manage clients, go to Manage > Clients. From here, you can add, edit, delete, archive clients. Clients will be listed with their active projects associated with them.
Creating Client
Administrator and Project Managers can create clients.
- Go to Manage > Clients.
- Click on ” + ” icon on the top-right corner.
- Fill up the required fields in the form and Save.
Field Description
Fields | Descriptions |

Client Name | Provide a unique client name which is required. |
Client code | Code will be displayed in prefix to the client name which is optional. |
Address | Provide the contact address. |
Contact Name | Provide the name of the contact person which is required. |
Role | Specify the role which is optional. |
Email address of the client which is required for sending invoice. | |
Telephone Number | Telephone Number which is optional. |
Mobile number | Mobile number which is optional. |
Editing Client
- Go to Manage > Clients.
- Hover your mouse over the Client’s panel, on the top right corner of their panel, click Edit option.
- Make changes and Save.
