How to delete a Project ?
Choosing the Archive Project button at the bottom of the project listing and hover on the project, a menu displayed at the top right.
Click on the star icon to view the unarchive and delete the project option.
Delete option is available only if the project has no invoiced or uninvoiced hours.
You can not able to retrieve the project information once it is deleted.
Can hourly rate be changed while progress ?
The hourly rate can be updated for the team members while created by the administrator.
If not provided, the Administrator can update or modify the hourly rate for the team members in projects.
If the default hourly rate changed, will it be reflected in Project ?
The default hourly rate is applied for task type and team members when you create new projects.
If the hourly rate is changed in Task settings or user profile it would not reflect in the existing projects.
An updated hourly rate is applied while creating a new project where existing projects have an old hourly rate.
What is the difference between Project Manager & Project Manager + Finance ?
Project manager and Project Manager + Finance can create their own projects.
Project Manager + Finance can add administrator, Project Manager + Finance, project manager and member in the team and assigned project manager as a member.
Project Manager + Finance can choose invoice type and budget type for their projects and not able to modify the default hourly rate.
Project Manager can add administrator, Project Manager + Finance, project manager and member in the team.
The project Manager cannot view invoice type and budget type for their projects and not able to view the default hourly rate for task type and users.
Who can create a Project ?
Administrator, Project Manager + Finance and Project manager can create projects.
The administrator can view all the projects where Project Manager + Finance and Project manager can only view their projects.
A Project manager can access all Projects ?
Project Manager can only access the projects created by him. He can view the project listing if he is a member of the project.
The project manager cannot able to view the Invoiced hours or budget amount if he is a member of the project.
